بصراحة إحنا ماكناش متخيلين إن نظام إدارة بسيط يفرق معانا بالشكل ده. كنا تايهين شوية في حتة المخزون والحسابات اليومية، وكل حاجة ماشية باجتهاد شخصي. بعد ما اشتغلنا مع فلك إنوفيشن الدنيا اتظبطت واحدة واحدة. التقارير بقت واضحة، وبقينا عارفين داخلين على إيه وطالعين بإيه. أكيد لسه بنطور، بس فرق كبير عن الأول. Honestly, we didn't imagine that a simple management system would make such a difference. We were a bit lost in inventory and daily accounts. After working with Falak Innovation, everything gradually fell into place. Reports became clear, and we knew exactly what was coming in and out. Definitely still evolving, but a huge difference from before.

أنا كنت متردد في الأول أعمل نظام للعيادة، وكنت شايف إن الموضوع هيبقى معقد. بس الحقيقة الموضوع طلع أسهل مما توقعت. الريسبشن اتعاملوا مع النظام بسرعة، وتنظيم المواعيد بقى أحسن بكتير. أكتر حاجة عجبتني إنهم كانوا بيردوا علينا حتى بعد التسليم، مش مجرد خلصوا شغل وخلاص. I was hesitant at first to get a system for the clinic, thinking it would be complicated. But actually, it turned out easier than I expected. The reception handled the system quickly, and appointment scheduling improved greatly. What I liked most was that they responded to us even after delivery, not just finished the work and left.

اشتغلنا معاهم في تطوير نظام متابعة الشحنات. قبل كده كنا بنتعامل بورقي كتير ومكالمات طول اليوم. النظام سهل علينا متابعة الشحنات وحالة كل طلب. حصل شوية تعديلات في الأول عشان تناسب طبيعة شغلنا، وده اتحل بسرعة. تجربة كويسة عمومًا، خصوصًا في الالتزام بالمواعيد. We worked with them to develop a shipment tracking system. Before, we handled a lot of paperwork and phone calls all day. The system made it easier to track shipments and order status. There were some adjustments at first to fit our business nature, which were solved quickly. Overall a good experience, especially in meeting deadlines.
