System subscriptions
Subscriptions to FALAK systems (such as POS, ERP, CRM and Clinic) renew automatically at the end of each period. You can stop auto-renewal any time from your account in the FALAK app or portal, and the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
When a subscription ends
When the period ends without renewal, the system closes. If you need a copy of your data, request it any time from your account or contact us.
Team-delivered services
Services such as social media, websites and apps start after a kick-off call; milestones and delivery dates are set in the offer. A cancellation request is reviewed against the stage the work has reached and the agreed offer terms.
Closing your account
You can delete your account any time from the app. Deleting it removes your personal data and business profile.
