What we collect
Your name and email or phone, your business details (name, sector, governorate, size, current tools), your assessment answers, and your subscriptions and invoices. Payments go through a certified gateway; card data never reaches our servers.
How we use it
To run your account, score your assessment and recommend solutions, manage subscriptions and invoices, and send sign-in codes and important notices. Public figures (like the number of businesses in the ecosystem) are aggregated and anonymous.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with the systems you subscribe to (so you sign in with one account) and with providers we rely on to operate (hosting, email, payment gateway).
Your rights
You can edit your data or delete your account at any time from the app, or request a copy of your data. Deleting your account removes your personal data and business profile.
Cookies, measurement and ads
The site uses cookies and measurement tools: Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, and the Meta Pixel with the Conversions API to measure the sign-ups and subscriptions that come from our Facebook and Instagram ads. We keep where your visit came from (such as the ad you clicked) for 30 days. When you sign up or subscribe we send Meta your email and phone number one-way hashed (SHA-256), your IP address and browser type, only to measure ad performance. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, and to have your data deleted write to info@falak-innovation.com.
