How long does a project take?
A marketing site takes 3–5 weeks. Custom platforms take 8–16 weeks depending on scope. Marketing retainers start showing comparable numbers from the second month.
How does payment work?
Milestone-based: a deposit at signing, then payments as each stage is approved. Marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Do you work with clients outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across the Gulf and beyond, in Arabic or English, on your time zone.
Can the scope change after we start?
Yes, through a written change request that states the time and cost impact before any work starts.
Who owns the code and the designs?
You do. Source code, design files and documentation are handed over in full at delivery.
Do you take over an existing system?
Often. We start with a technical review, report what is worth keeping, and quote the migration separately.
Can we hire you for marketing only?
Yes. Marketing runs as a monthly retainer with a fixed scope of channels and a monthly report.
What happens after launch?
A 12-month warranty covers defects, and support responds to critical issues within four hours on business days.
