1. Scope of work
Each engagement is governed by a written proposal listing deliverables, milestones and price.
2. Changes
Scope changes are handled by written change request stating the effect on time and cost.
3. Payment
Invoices follow milestone approval. Marketing retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, the client owns the delivered code, designs and documentation.
5. Warranty
Defects in delivered work are corrected free of charge for twelve months from delivery.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
